Dear Joe, I talked with you this morning about the quality of your workmen and you mentioned that the company chooses an “Employee of the month” or a similar award.

It gives me great pleasure to tell you how pleased my husband and I were with Shan Pryor and Antonio Munoz. They were both at our home on one day and then Antonio was totally alone the second day, completing not only his work in the dark crawl space but also replacing ducts up in the very hot attic. Antonio put in an extremely long and difficult day and did a very fine job.

We are relatively new in the area and are so very pleased that we chose Simpson to do out ductwork. Your men did an excellent job, were courteous and delightful and cleaned up so that you would never know such messy work had been done.

Please do pass this praise on to Shan and Antonio as they deserve it.
