Dear Bill:
Your company just installed a complete new heating and 5 ton air conditioner in our 15 year old home. The work included all new duct work, enlarging a dozen existing vents, and enlarging the air return. They also installed a new three zone damper system.
From start to finish the work was really outstanding. The crew was always neat and they somehow left everything cleaner than before they worked. When the floor ducts were enlarged everything was vacuumed and wiped clean. The unit itself is top quality and easy to operate. In summary, we really are pleased. Our special thanks to John and Joe for all their fine efforts.
