We want to thank Simpson Sheet Metal, you, Jon Diamond and your install crew for a job well done. Our heater gave out on a very cold morning and the house began to cool to a point of being very uncomfortable. Within 2 hours of my phone call to you Jon was onsite evaluating the condition. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. A day later we had a comprehensive and competitive proposal for needed work. The following day the new system was in place. The guys installing the system did a great job and everything was cleaned up and operating better than ever.

We know we have many choices of contractors in this area to do this type of work, but the initial response, ultimate service and follow through that we received from Simpson Sheet Metal was outstanding.
