Joe, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation to you for your very courteous and professional assistance with the sale of my heating and air conditioning unit. I have no background or knowledge of such equipment so I did some shopping around for the heating unit before choosing Simpson as my provider. I was very impressed with the unit and the installation process, so when I made the decision to install an air conditioner unit, I didn’t hesitate to call you again. I don’t even care that another company may have done it at a lesser price. At this point my trust and loyalty is with Simpson Sheet Metal.

I also want to express my thanks and appreciation to your installer, Shan. I don’t think I’ve ever been more impressed with a technician’s work ethics and professional representation of his employer. Shane hustles from the moment he arrives to the time he leaves the job site. He kept me informed of everything he was doing and his work practices are beyond reproach. Thank you for sending him to do the AC installation.
